I remember when I was a kid I had from (over) enthusiastic people that Mumbai is gonna sink resulting in Mumbaikars going elsewhere for homes. I never believed this prejudice and even till the Mumbai floods of 2005 I didn't believe in this statement. But now in 2008 when INR 200 Crores have already been spent on waterlogging alone THERE'S NO ONE TO SAVE MUMBAI.
Mumbai again gave up to the non-stop rains again on 30th of June 2008 and waterlogging prevented many to do their daily jobs. Children could not go to office, people were not able to reach offices, the local train system jammed and Jalsa, the home to Amitabh Bachchan, witnessed water logging. Can some one answer who's going to save the best city of India???
